Customer must contact NTS to request disconnect of eligible service within 30-days from the time of installation.

To qualify for the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial you must be a new residential fiber customer and cancel service within 30 days of installation of service to receive a full refund. The total maximum amount that will be refunded or credited will be equal to one month’s monthly recurring service fee of services (and any prorates for partial months billed in advanced) and equipment concurrently ordered and installed. Any refund or credit will be made within 60 days after all conditions are satisfied. No refund or credit will be given for any one-time fees or usage-based charges.
