How much is the referral gift card and how many people can I refer?

Referring customer and friend will get a $50 gift card for each eligible referral. The Referral Program is limited to 12 referral gift cards in a calendar year (maximum annual amount of $600).

Who is eligible?

Gift card offer is available to current Vexus customers (Referrer) and potential customers (Referee) who meet the eligibility requirements. Customer will be sent emails to refer friends. The Referee will receive an email with a link to sign up for service. The Referee must reside in a Vexus serviceable residence/business, not currently subscribe to any Vexus services, cannot reside in an active Vexus customer’s address, and cannot reside in any address where there is a bulk billing arrangement. Any Referee who you refer must complete the installation and their account be in good standing for 60 days before the Referrer and Referee receive their gift card. Former customers whose service has been disconnected for less than 90-days, or who have back balances outstanding, will not quality for the gift card program. Referring or referred customers cannot be a Vexus Employee.

Are there any limitations to getting my gift card?
  • Yes. Both parties need to be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) with Vexus at both the time of referral and when the gift card is ready to be processed. The referral is not valid if it is received after the prospective customer has placed an order with Vexus and is awaiting installation. The new customer  (Referee) must be installed, maintain active service for at least 60 days and be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) at the time the gift card is fulfilled.
How will my referral be contacted?

Your friend (Referee) will receive an email with a link to sign up for service.

How will I receive my gift card?
  • After the referral is submitted and installation complete, both the Vexus customer (Referrer) and potential customer (Referee) will be contacted via email.
I referred a friend, they signed up for service, but I never got my gift card after 60 days.

Contact Vexus for details. The Vexus Referral Program is available to current Vexus Customers who refer a friend to sign up for Vexus Service. The current Vexus Customer must have active service and be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) at the time of the referral. The referred friend must be in a Vexus serviceable area, not currently subscribe to any Vexus services, sign up for new Vexus service within 30-days of the referral, and once installed must maintain service and be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) for a minimum of 60-days before the gift card can be processed. After the 60-days, if both customers have active service and are in good standing (i.e., no past due balances), the referring Vexus Customer and new customer will receive a $50 gift. The Vexus Referral Program is not available to Vexus employees. The Vexus Referral Program is not available to customers participating in the ACP program. The maximum number of gift cards that can be applied to a customer account is 12 per calendar year. Any unused gift cards shall expire upon cancellation of the gift card and cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash or refund.
