Please follow the steps below to download and install the NTS remote desktop support.
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD REMOTE DESKTOP SOFTWARE
STEP 2: ALLOW ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER
After you download and open the AeroAdmin Remote Desktop Software, the following window will appear on your computer:
To allow remote control access of your computer, please tell the NTS Support Representative the Your ID number as shown above.
Next, you will see an Incoming Connection request.
Click the Accept button. Your NTS Support Representative will now have temporary access to your computer so that they can help trouble-shoot your service issue.
