Please follow the steps below to download and install the NTS remote desktop support.

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD REMOTE DESKTOP SOFTWARE

Before you can download the NTS remote desktop support, you must select "YES" to accept NTS' terms as stated below.

NTS TERMS: By downloading and launching the remote desktop software, you are authorizing NTS to access and control your computer for diagnosis and service. In connection with delivering the services, NTS may download and use software, gather system data, take remote control of your computer and access or modify your computer settings. By accepting these terms, you hereby grant NTS the right to connect to your computer, download and use software on your computer to gather system data, take remote control of your computer and change the settings on your computer while performing the services. You agree that NTS has no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or harm that may arise from or may be related to the services.

Click here or on the icon below to download the AeroAdmin.exe Remote Desktop Software to your computer.

After you have downloaded the AeroAdmin.exe file, double-click the icon to launch the software on your computer.

The AeroAdmin.exe software is compatible with Microsoft Windows:

  • 2003 / XP / Vista /7 /8 / 10
  • Server 2003 / 2008(R2) / 2012(R2) / 2016
  • 32 and 64 bit

 

STEP 2: ALLOW ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER

After you download and open the AeroAdmin Remote Desktop Software, the following window will appear on your computer:

To allow remote control access of your computer, please tell the NTS Support Representative the Your ID number as shown above.

Next, you will see an Incoming Connection request.

Click the Accept button. Your NTS Support Representative will now have temporary access to your computer so that they can help trouble-shoot your service issue.
