We have been making some enhancements to our current E-Care Customer Portal to bring you even better service and accessibility to your NTS online account. And now, the new and improved NTS E-Care Customer Portal is ready for you to use! We appreciate your patience while we were updating the site.
After you have logged into the new E-Care Portal, please take a moment to review your account information to make sure everything is accurate.
- Update Your Password: The password provided above is temporary and should be changed. To do so, click on the "Profile" tab in E-Care and update your security settings.
- Confirm Your Billing Date: Please note your billing and/or due date may have changed. You can find this information under the "Invoice & Payments" tab.
- Confirm Your Automatic Payments: If you have automatic credit card payments set up, please make sure these are set up correctly in the new E-Care site. You can find this information under the "Invoice & Payments" tab and by clicking "View/Edit Payment Options". If you have automatic payments set up through your bank, please be sure to update your account number with the bank. Your account number can be found at the top of your paper bill. If you have set up paperless billing, you can simply click the "View Latest Invoice" link in E-Care listed under "Quick Links" to view your bill.
- Go Green: Save your stamps and choose paperless billing today! To switch to paperless billing, simply click on the "Profile" tab and then the "Go Paperless" button.
