NTS, Inc. is a growing publicly traded telecommunications company (NYSE MKT and TASE: NTS) which operates in the United States through its wholly owned subsidiaries referred to collectively as NTS Communications: NTS Communications, Inc. ; Xfone USA, Inc., d/b/a NTS Communications, NTS Telephone Company, LLC, d/b/a NTS of Levelland; and PRIDE Network, Inc., d/b/a NTS Communications. The company's operations in the United States offer a wide range of services, which include: broadband data, IPTV video services, local dial tone, point to point long haul, mobile wireless services, long distance and international telephony;Toshiba telephone systems ; Internet hosting MPLS data services; and reselling opportunities.

Headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, NTS Communications operates the largest "non-ILEC" telecommunications network in West Texas and has developed a Fiber-To-The-Premise (FTTP) platform enabling the company to provide a voice, video and data "triple play" offering to its customers. NTS Communications is dedicated to providing superior customer care and high quality products and services.

NTS Communications began operations in 1981 as a Texas-based reseller of long distance services. Today, NTS is widely regarded as one of the the leading integrated telecommunications company in the Southwest. NTS Communications' core markets are in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. It also serves customers in Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

NTS Communications is expanding its FTTP Network to communities in Texas and Louisiana. Of note, in 2010, NTS Communications was selected to receive $99.9 million in Federal broadband stimulus funding allowing us to broaden our footprint in these markets by 30,000 fiber passings.
